But i don't think its gonna help at this point and its very time consuming to install all my apps again. After that he's suggesting that i need to upgrade my windows version, now at build 1803. He do alot of troubleshooting but still can't found a solution. Then i asking for help from windows customer support. Then assuming the windows was broken or something.
